60–90 minutes together — in person if you’re in St. Louis City or the surrounding area, virtual anywhere else — building your reunification plan and (on most tiers) your supply plan.
A written plan, a starter or full supply checklist, and a clear roadmap — plus a revision round on eligible tiers.

We started Plan A Strategy because most emergency planning out there is either a free template nobody finishes, or built for a kind of household we don’t recognize — bunkers, tactical gear, worst-case-everything. We wanted something in between: practical, personal, and calm. A plan for the things that actually happen, built by two people, not a PDF.

You can find free templates, and they’re a fine starting point. What we’ve found is most people download those, mean to fill them out, and never quite get there — or fill them out generically and never test them. We sit down with you, build it around your real routines and locations, and make sure it’s something your family could actually use.
Both, depending on where you are. If you’re in St. Louis City or the surrounding area, you can choose an in-person planning session or a virtual one — whichever works better for your household. Outside that area, sessions are virtual; the plan itself is just as thorough either way.
That’s the most common thing we hear, and it’s exactly why the Foundations Plan exists. It covers the single highest-impact piece — how your family reconnects — at the lowest price point. You can always add the full supply plan and roadmap later.

Plans go stale as kids grow, you move, or routines change — which is why the Concierge tier includes an annual refresh. For the other tiers, we recommend revisiting it yourselves about once a year.
